An unofficial gala dinner concept imagined for Park Hyatt Jeddah, balancing Saudi hospitality, confident visual identity and a deliberately understated sense of occasion. All venue visuals are conceptual.

The concept uses a calm palette of warm ivory, muted emerald, brushed brass and charcoal. A framed entrance compresses the arrival before the ballroom opens into a welcoming field of tables, soft light and a clear central stage.
Rather than relying on excess, the experience is built through consistency: wayfinding, menus, table details, screen content and guest flow all share one precise visual language. The result feels elevated, credible and operationally achievable.
Every detail was part of the experience.
The room needed to feel special and distinctly Saudi while keeping sightlines clear, production realistic and the atmosphere comfortable for conversation.
